At The Cattle, we work with trusted local suppliers like Butcher Farrell’s Meat Emporium to source the finest British beef. Our steaks are then

dry-aged in-house for 45 days, bringing out bold, natural flavour you simply can’t rush.

We cook over charcoal, because nothing else delivers that depth, the kind of sear, smoke, and soul that sets a great steak apart.

But it doesn’t stop at the grill. From scratch-made sauces to seasonal sides and carefully balanced small plates, every element on the plate is there for a reason.
